I'm not sure if I got that completely. If he hasn't called you in a week that's a little weird though. Is he not returning your calls? Either way, a week without even a phone call in a serious relationship doesn't seem right. If he's not planning on breaking up with you, maybe you should start thinking about whether if YOU want to break up with HIM.

If you're fine with no contact for weeks a time, then don't worry about it at all I guess.
