The real terroristsThis is the real terrorists , why have we not went to war on them?Voted for by Dwn.

Isn't it obvious? The reason we haven't gone on war against the real terrorists is because mankind generally enjoys fighting meaningless battles. Or at least he does until he is the one that dies.Voted for by Wolf of Roses.

The UN and WHO together with pharmacy cartels and corporations outlawing natural and 3rd world remedy's for sake of world domination. And the noble American public naively a victim to some malignant offshore beast. This is so absurd i am lost for expression.
I would seriously consider not only learning about the UN but also about WTO rulings that have overruled American trade policies in the past such as the soft wood lumber dispute.

People lie, the internet doesn't change that. Actually, it allows them to lie and create any such slander they wish.
Example- I can say Hillary Clinton has a penis. That doesn't make it true.

"While flying over to observe the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) meeting in Rome, Italy (July 2005), I had the opportunity to speak with delegates from a variety of developing nations.
I asked each one of them if they understood what nutrient levels determined by Risk Assessment would mean to their countries, their pregnant mothers and babies, their rates of cancer, etc. They had literally no idea what I was talking about!
Codex Alimentarius is busy keeping the truth from everyone, including its own delegates.
I explained the problem and these mid to upper level bureaucrats had a universal reaction: they dropped their jaws, stared at me in absolute horror and asked if I would help them. I said “yes” and the Natural Solutions Foundation is working hard to create the information that they need to resist this deadly option."
"Dr. Laibow estimates that for every dollar spent on supplements in the United States (approximately $20 billion last year according to Andrew Weil, M.D.) the cost to the pharmaceutical industry is about $40. So the more supplements people buy, the less drugs they buy. Upon observing societal trends, it seems that more and more people are using natural health products. Over 80% of Americans routinely use nutritional supplements. Overall, this is good news for health. But it is bad news for the pharmaceutical industry."

This website goes on to talk about the use of pesticides and the link between these and cancers and that Codex encourages the use of such but promises that it will be fine as pharmaceuticals will make it all better. Even worse they go on to say that fecal containing products are fed to animals and considered healthy as they have been "irradiated" meaning there is a "no-bacteria" count blurgh doesnt sound good to me.
Keeping in mind that this could be myth I looked for the wto (World Trade Organisation) to find out if the Codex guidelines are taken seriously and on a large scale. They are...

I checked out the codex website itself fordetails of how they evaluate food standards but found nothing but spreadsheet after spreadsheet of unclear data which was statistical rather than scientific.
If this stuff is true and we cant supplement our diets without having to pay a fortune and take over the "recommended dose" and cant afford to eat food that arent intoxicated due to high prices of organic foods we are a little cornered to say the least.
this was researched by techno, and for some reason did not show up on the post , so I copied it from my notes and transfered it here

I personally believe the answer is in developing BETTER and SAFER GM foods. I am disgusting by the flagrant treatment of the foods, but have not found myself ill off of them as of yet. Genetic altering has the undertone of "unnatural food" in people's mind and they freak out. The even more wary wonder "Just WHAT are they putting in there???" Good things. Things that make it better, and more fruitful. Altering human genetics can cure diseases and disabilities. This is essentially the same thing.
HOWEVER, I am with Orange and Shadow on some of this screaming conspiracy theory--and not in the good way Dwn! lol No organization should be fully trusted, or even mostly trusted, but I feel pretty secure in thinking the United Nations is not plotting an evil takeover of food in order to make money.
Also:
"Dietary supplements could not be sold for preventive (prophylactic) or therapeutic use. "
I believe this is mostly outdated, but still relevant. Some countries already classify these supplements as a drug, thus would regulated by organizations like the FDA. Places like the US classify them as foods, so they are regulated by the Codex. They let us have them, but some propose it should be drugs and further regulated and given out in prescribed dosages. Most in our country think this is stupid, and nothing more than an overly coddling "big brother" trying protect us from we're "eating"--or perhaps people that have something to gain from the mega-rich, mostly corrupted FDA.
I myself have a daily multivitamin, and am either obviously healthier from it, or really enjoying the placebo effects--regardless, there is no hazardous side from them. Aspirin, Acetaminophen, and other pain relievers are regulated by the FDA, but safe enough to remain over the counter. I believe this is the conversion the Codex mostly wanted--and mostly because the Codex is an international organizations, with some countries classifying vitamins as a drug, and some as a food.
" Common foods such as garlic and peppermint would be classified as drugs or a third category (neither food nor drugs) that only big pharmaceutical companies could regulate and sell. Any food with any therapeutic effect can be considered a drug, even benign everyday substances like water. "
?????? I've never heard this anywhere before, and simply CAN'T believe it. Restaurants would go bankrupt. Water will NEVER be subject to FDA, though the water your city provides you through plumbing can be given chemicals. NYC has fluoride and a couple of others, and I'm still healthy and questioning of the government. Just with better teeth.
The FDA is an organization I don't entirely trust and think has mostly been corrupted with greed. But I do think it has some benefits, in the areas it doesn't profit on--everything on the label is useful, and I do think addictive substances are best left under prescription.
