If you absolute power to manipulate the universe around you, wouldn't that power manipulate you until you were no longer YOU?

    that would depend on what you think you is. if you think you are the same person you were two years ago, fine then, no it wouldn't. but if you define yourself as who you are at that moment, then no, you would always be you.

    The power itself wouldn't manipulate you. Your actions would.
    Think about it: You could have godly power, but not change anything. You could leave nature and the universe and all the rest of it by itself.
    But, if you chose to change things, to meddle, to divert what nature intended, for you, for the rest of the universe...Well lets just say are you the same ordinairy girl/boy? Have you experienced what you should have as a normal person? No, you wouldn't have. And because experience makes a person, you probablly wouldn't even consider yourself human.
    And that is a very dangerous thing indeed!
