Why not delete cultures and linguistic barriers as it is man made and an evolutionary abnormality

Why not delete cultures and linguistic barriers as it is man made and an evolutionary abnormality. We came from one man and woman, and then we spread allover earth. We then started to create our own languages and customs that fits with new environments and places. Now we are again in a small village called world so why should we keep this differences, why not delete cultures and Why not delete cultures and linguistic barriers as it is man made and an evolutionary abnormality.

  • Erm..

You can't get rid of cultures. Yeah, they separate people but there's no possible way to get rid of them. Languages, however, are another story. Slowly, the population of the world seems to be converting to English. It is the language of the USA and everyone just loves the USA.. so why not learn the language? It's better for business and politics n' all that. Most schools in foreign countries have required English classes. I really don't think that English is the best language to learn (it is *full* of silly rules and imperfections and quirks), but hey, at least we'll all be able to communicate with eachother.

  • Evolutionary Normality

"Why not delete cultures and linguistic barriers as it is man made and an evolutionary abnormality." - ZDreamer

Man-made things are just that: made by man. An animal that evolved in the natural world. Nothing can be an evolutionary abnormality because, we, as animals, cannot do things that are not in our nature to do. THAT would be an evolutionary impossibility.

So we're different. Are we going to go up to the "Edit" menu and "delete" everything that's not like ourselves? We EVOLVED in separate locations, conditions, climates. So it goes well with our evolutionary normality.

  • Impossible and Frightning

It really is impossible to delete culture...even in one country everyone has their different cultures that sepperates them from the rest...slowly however all countries our begining to learn english as a second language and most likely soon it will become a first language ...this scares many christians because in the bible the merger of continents is a sign of the apocolypse
