Are there spirits that keep going and don't go to heaven, and is magic really real?

There very well could be.

  • Yes

Yes, Magic is really real. It is essential, although forgotten by most. Its not all sparks and vanishing, its not even about love spells or hexes. Its the energy that life exists around. Today we think of it as fantasy, because writers have made it so unbelievable, and we've been taught that what you see is what you get. But Magic is real, its like air, you can't see it, you can't explain it. But its around us, protecting us or harming us, it depends on what you deserve. its kind of like luck in some ways as well. Its not something that can be banished by being ignored either. Its there rather you believe it or not. Now about your other question...I honestly don't think anyone really knows, but I agree with you.

  • Past Lives and How Your Spirit Get to Heaven (assuming it's there)

There may be some people who have never had a past life, but for the most part we (being hypothetical) all have. That, our past lives, may be evidence that magic truly is real! In a Past Life Line, like a time line, it starts with the very beginning of humans (when there was more than just Adam and Eve, because apparently their sin is in all of us when we are born). They are the very beginnings of souls, therfore they are unique and none are alike. Through time they evolve which is the second step of the line. But when tales of magic really began was Medeivil times. we do not know that there was not truly magic at that time, especially since none but decendants live. So, then magic from one sould would be passed along with the sould itself, including ALL memories. Even the witch trials could possibly have been completely true. There could've been magic. ~~~~Those who write and dream of fantasy do not do it for no reason or because they are lazy. They have a past life of magic but can't truly conjur the magic from deep within. Our people have had to resort to petty "magic" tricks. But on a broken Line, (there are so many these days) that person of which the spirit has taken residence in refuses to believe in the fantasy, or they do something to stop that spirit which is not believing. That is where heaven comes in. The spirit couldn't move on to the next baby when that old body dies so it would have nowhere to go. If heaven really was real then it could be a place to harbor "lost" or "broken" spirits.

  • Yes, and Yes

Like what was posted before, magic is real and there are people who still use it...Spirits are real and both have much to do with the other. A spirit is the little voice that tells you to do something, or its someone God sends to show\tell you something, magic is Mans atempt to controle the spirits not a good idea.

  • spirit's choice

I generally believe that 'heaven' as most think of it is a place which a spirit can go to be with his/her god(s)/goddess(es). However, a spirit could also chose to simply bypass that step and move straight on to reincarnation. How the spirit would get to 'heaven' is another matter entirely, and i am not at all prepared to address that subject.

  • why?

why do you say this? you state it as fact... it is far from. "There may be some people who have never had a past life, but for the most part we (being hypothetical) all have. That, our past lives, may be evidence that magic truly is real!" ....??? what possible reason can you have for saying that we all have past lives? i think you should mention why you are so convinced... all the laws of the universe as we know it seem to point against souls being able to take other bodies, past lives, etc. espec memories held over. lets say our soul moves on to another body. it is not physical, or we would be able to see it. how can this carry memories, which we know are stored physically in the brain? a soul, by the laws of physics, would i guess have to be in another dimension... thus it can exist although we cannot percieve it. but that wouldn't involve memory

  • my theory..

Ok im really bad at explaining this but il take a shot at it. I think that when youn die you are given a choice u can take the choice of heaven/hell with out being told wich one you would go to or you could choose to stay here on earth and be with those you love and watch over them but you are stuck here forever

  • Heaven

Scientist have found that every living organism has energy. And energy never dies. We have a soul, a spirit if you will. that is a fact. But heaven and hell are often misrepresented by men. Heaven is not a place where goody-goodies sit around naked and play harps all day on clouds. You live, and work, and even eat. You are constantly happy too. Sounds like bull shit huh? but consider this: what cause you pain, or stress, or sadness? When someone punches you in the arm you hurt, when you have a long, bad day at work you can become sad, and when things are looking down and for no apparent reason, you feel exhausted you can become stressed out. But, if you lived in a place where you had no body, could you feel pain? Could you be warn out, and stressed? Our bodies excite our pains, but when our energy, or spirit, lives on without our body, the thought of life without pain is not so hard to grasp. That's the beauty of a life with Christ, we don't have to fear the uncertainties of death because he has conquered death by rising from the dead. If he is with, and us with him, we have power of death in his name.

  • It all depends
I am of the belief that the mind and soul of people and their beliefs are the strongest thing.

People who believe they will go to heaven or hell, go there. People who believe in reincarnation, will be reincarnated. Souls are definitely there because of the human body having energy and energy can't be destroyed.

I also think that magick is harnessing the energy of the world and using your energy and spirit to channel it. All things have energy so it is like using electricity to do something. It is just directing energy.

  • Here we go
Magic is real, and I know that there are way to many realist out there asking for proof,or measurements. And there are those religious zealots out there that hid behind their interpretation of the bible saying that even if it is out there that it is purely evil. First I want to point out that their are way too many proven incidences of abnormal phenomena that can not be linked to other scientific methods for there not to be. Things such as mothers knowing without knowing of their children's whereabouts or the activities in which they are involved in. Or perhaps ancient martial artists who are able to do things such as create visible heat greater than is produced by the body between their hands or even into other objects (if you happened to catch the particular episode of Ripley's Believe it or not where a oriental massage therapist and chi master used this ability to walk on paper and to cause wet towels to heat to temperatures above normal body temp. then you will know what I'm talking about.) These things are real life proof of magic, they might be called different things like people with precognition, telepathy, or telekinesis might be referred to as psychic. But the whole point is that there is an unexplained phenomena that happens with witnesses and done with their own power I'll come back to the spirits latter but for now gotta go.

  • The Soul Itself Will Die
The Bible's thoughts are these: "The soul itself will die." Spirits are another story. Jesus died completely. He was in Hell, which is no more than the common grave. "The wages sin pays is death", not eternal torment. Jesus was then resurrected as a spirit. To recap, the soul of Jesus died, but he was resurrected as a spirit. Otherwise, where was Jesus for those 3 days? Furthermore, King David, who is a man "agreeable to God's heart", "did not ascend to heaven." Then where is he? He is in Hell, he is in death as part of the common grave of mankind. Yet, the Bible speaks of a resurrection when the meek ones will possess the Earth. Now, how can there be a resurrection if the soul lives on forever? The soul is, in effect, one's ability to live. It is like electricity in a machine. The difference between the body and soul being the machine is the body and electricity the soul. So when the Bible says do not fear one who can kill the body but can kill the soul, it means anyone can kill your body, but only God can resurrect your soul or choose not to, effectively killing it.
The bible also speaks of magic-practicing priests performing supernatural feats, so yes magic is real.

The idea of an eternal soul originates with pagan gods and was introduced to Christianity when so many other pagan idealogies were combined with it.
