We all do exist - sure! But we are not equal. We have different phisical qualities (strength, etc) and mental qualities (there is such a thing as a genetic genious).

Sadly, we need hatred. It wouldn't matter if we all looked the same, sounded the same, or even if we were cloned. There would still be hatred, simply because it's vital. We need to hate. It's a defensive response, a survival tactic to things that frighten us or things we're unsure of. It'll never go away.

Because, as humans we feel fear. and when that fear takes over we have to blame someone. Racism is just an excuse for someone else to say "I want to be the top dog in this world!" if people can't accept one another for what they look like on the outside, God might as well just wipe us all out for I care. If humans can't accept that everyone is different, and that people are immutable, then we all might as well go and have a giant war until everyone is dead.

People just don't understand that we were all created as equals.

There is hate because we are afraid of what we are not. If we are not gay, we are afraid of them, except for the few who are not. Some people are not afraid of people different then them, but it is classic human nature to fear what we are not. We always fear the monsters in movies, except for the one kind pretty girl who understands him. This is like the world. Most of us fear those who are different (King Kong, gays, other races, the other gender, etc.) but then there is the one (or more) person who does not fear, but trys to understand, so they can teach others that this is not something to be afraid of but just another person.

one reason is the mind. People must place themselves in the world, and some people do so by looking for the differences in others and then, for some reason, think that because they are "normal" they are "better" than others. its as simply as i can put it

people don't want to be equal. they want to feel safe, and they can make sure that they personaly aren't the ones being hated by making sure others are hated. by bringing hate on others they are protecting themselves. also it's instinct to reject anyone 'differant', skin colour, etc, it may not be reasonable but it's insecurity, also the instinct you can see it in animals if one of the pack is albino they will be driven away... they bring weakness to the group. people are stupid and weak, mostly. society, indeed. what we have created for ourselves.

Perhaps if you looked at the other side of the question it might help to answer the one asked here. Why isn't there more hatred in the world?

People, more specifically, humans, fear what they don't understand. Fear breads animosity. Hatred arises as a defensive mechanism. One defends ones dislikes by defining your feelings as hatered. I HATE cooked peas. I HATE it when you do that etc. Do they really mean 'hate' or is that just a mechanism to add fervor to their statement? I think the later.

It amounts to simple ignorance. If these same people would seek to understand what makes the object of their animosity different, the fear would dissapate and the feelings of animosity with them.

Much of the 'hatred' I see in the world today, I believe, is directly attribted to the various religious dogmas that exist. Christians believe homosexuality is a sim against god and so we have those who feel justified in hating them (Homosexuals). There are many examples of this dogma related hatred. In fact the three forms of hatred mentioned in the question above can be shown to stem (at least in some of their forms) from Christian dogma (whether due to improper interpretation of said dogma or not the source is the same.)

Who says were equal? Who says were different? We are all born equally but the actions that we take make us different. People fear the different because of either lack of exposure to it or their insecurities. People don't fear change, they fear the unknown.

Equal in value, but still different. With a threatened sense of self an individual can strengthen their self-identity by demonising others and emphasising the differences.

Man was indeed created equal but that be to only one person and that is himself, we're all equal to oneself and beyond that there is no comparisation for the lenghts that we differ from eachother.

But to deny hatred would be to deny unity, mankind will always hate as it will also love - even though you chose which one you would like to accept your unity to the rest of mankind with by practicing. Denying hate would be to deny one of the few things that make us equal to one and other.

All i know is that is there is little in my mind to be learned from a path of insecurity and predjudice.

Fear and hate, so close together and easy to combine, it's right down in our nature to see it.

when people fear they hate, when they hate they despise, when they despise they attack, when they attack they feel more fear and so it all starts over again. it happens all the time.

Like all species of this planet, we come into this world with nothing but a desire to survive. We lack understanding. To hate is to fear for survival. To hate another human being is to be blinded by that fear and forget that the person eats, breathes, bleeds, and has the same desire for survival.

we're all created equal, yes, but then society kicks in after.
