What is love to you?

I saw a threat called: What is HATE to you! and i wanted to make an discussion about LOVE! ;)

    The bad version: Love is just a heightened sense of emotion, an adrenaline rush. It's the same thing you get from being drunk or high.

    The good version: Love is something only humans are capable of. It's an unnatural bond that forces you to be with someone whether you like it or not.

    Either way, the best kind of love is with friends. I would rather have a really close friend I could depend on and be with without having to think of it as some "commitment", rather than be madly in love and end up realizing the entire relationship was superficial.

    Love...

    Love can be a very confusing then yet simple thing that people experience on a daily bases love to me is when your head over hills for someone and would do anything to protect them from pain because it kills you to see them hurt, and undenilbly claim them when someone ask's about your relationship with that person Love is something to never take for granted because you might just lose that special someone like you soulmate

    Even though love is universal dosen't mean that it will find you because it starts from the heart you just got to dig deep and hope that the person you love heart mathes with yours to guaranteed true endless love...

  • Love in my experience

    To me, love is not a feeling of being high or an adrenaline rush. Love comes automatically from the heart, and it isn't just for the people who do good to you.

    In a relationship between a man and a woman, love encompasses trust, admiration, respect, sacrifices, hope, etc. It is loving a person despite his/her flaws.

    Well, that is how I see it.

    Sometimes I think love is just a biological urge. Other times it seems like a spiritual quality. Love, unlike energy or matter, seems limitless.

  • love is everything

    Love is what makes life worth living. The most important thing that I have learned is that you must learn to love yourself first, because love takes more than one person, and noone can love someone that doesn't love themselves. The reason for that is that when you love yourself you are able to be exactly how you want to be, and then your relationship isn't based off of a lie. Love also takes time. When you truly love someone they are your family and they are your friend, you trust them, and you know that they are someone that you could spend the rest of your life with. Lust is that adrenaline rush you get whenever they appeal to your sexuality. Lust is what initially attracts most lovers. Lust is just the beginning of love.
