alot of people belive that there's magic on earth, but how is this posible? Because Magic defys all the laws of physics, so how is it posible for magic to exist?

Real, if you make it real.18% Voted for by KnottyPanda, Unknown Element.
Quantum physics has proven that it is possible to fly and that the world around us is a depiction of our thoughts. If we beleive we can fly, we can fly. They actually were able to capture a photo of one particle being in two places at once. It’s difficult to explain. Everything is everywhere at every time until you look at it, and your thoughts define it to one place.
If you’d like to look more into it, watch the movie “What the Bleep do we Know?” it’s a fabulous documentary putting Quantum physics in simplist forms of understanding.
I posted this as a comment to "Not real" but i figured i'd add it as my own oppinion.

magic isn't about what's in fictional stories18% Voted for by GeniusAt17 , Unknown Element.
If magic does exist, it definitely wouldn't be people casting spells with wands like in the "Harry Potter" series. It would be something the human body can do without the use of external objects, tonics, etc. To me magic is like animals having instincts. Some people have demonstrated supernatural abilities before. Abilities like making objects levitate with the mind(controlling particles maybe?). I believe humans have this sort of 6th sense and as we evolve, it will get stronger and more developed. Perhaps the people that have already demonstrated it are just ahead in evolution?

By the power of spirits and god it isVoted for by Jesusquest.
Using the power of god and nature will bring results that are comparable to magick. I've recently done some studies on it and found that it will work when you have a reason, and it's a good reason. Basically some types of magick are prayer. (I use k at the end to show the differece between magic tricks and magick)

What is magic? Is it the ability to comunicate to animals, make objects float in midair, and keep warm when the temperature is below zero? Then it is true. It is simply a matter of beliving and understanding.

not realVoted for by Forever Haunted.
my opinion is that magic cannot posibly be real because when you think of it how is it posible for someone to defy the laws of gravity and fly, like some people think "magic" allows you to do, it's not posible.

Depends on your definition of magic. This goes for 'miracles' as well. If you define magic as something that we currently do not understand, or that defies our current understanding of the laws of physics, then yes, magic exists. But it really is a pointless discussion because our understanding of the universe is limited - we are not all seeing and knowing, therefore there is a lot that we do not understand. Magic, therefore, is a matter of perspective. Simple chemical reactions would have been viewed as 'magical' in the past because they were not understood, but today people just shrug and say 'Ah, chemistry'.

It is a real thing.Voted for by reddrago819.
Magic is real, i can garantee that. I myself am ascociated with so called "witch craft." the properties of magic is that of our human minds tapping into the deepest reaches of our inner most being. humans only use about 10-15% of thier minds, but "magic" users use up to 40% to manipulate the structure of the world and atoms around them. therefore, magic is not a use of a wand or a potion, but the ability to bend the environment to your will.

In the bible it referse to the use of magik and mages, Pharoes magicians were able to turn staffs into serpents, and there was a woman who who fortold events, in that case the sorce of the magick was revieled , that she had a demon, nothing occures from nothingness , in order to create movement there must be force, the force here being clearly identified

magick quite realas many above have said it's a matter of being able to use the more powerful parts of the brain. Magick can be sen clearly in all religions the parting of the red sea, walking on water all that fun stuff. However using science "human minds tapping into the deepest reaches of our inner most being. humans only use about 10-15% of thier minds, but "magic" users use up to 40% to manipulate the structure of the world and atoms around them." "Quantum phas proven that it is possible to fly and that the world around us is a depiction of our thoughts. If we beleive we can fly, we can fly. They actually were able to capture a photo of one particle being in two places at once." both these quotes ar form abve well educated people that i fully agree with it's acmbonation of the two the ablitly to use more then just the 10 to 15% of the human brain and quantum physiscs can prove that magick is possible. and it' not just internal things that the human mind and body do to define the outer world it can be done through the use of a wand because the mind can define the suroundings to include a wand or staff or other object to be an extention of the human body. but the whole it's a ability give by god and spirits in nature i don't buy because what power gives the eledged god the right or power to say who can or can't use magick since magick falls in to the religion of paganism and all subsects and is not condoned by christian, hebrew, or islamic beliefs.hysicsVoted for by Sorrows Angel.
