Is it right, moraly, for city officals to steel money reserved for low paid city workers pension, then fire those workers because the pension money is gone. I jsut wounder because so many people seem to be saying nothing is wrong with it.

I think its wrong.Voted for by bowie.
For first, lets see where the money went. Oh yes, to those poor Football players, and to their stadium. The state may be going bankrupt, but we need a new stadium. After all the what, two year old stadium? we already had is not good enouph for are brave foot ball team. Fine. So the money is gone. Why is it that the lowest paid workers need to be ripped off because of it? I think its really imoral of the city to do this.
For one thing, who are these workers? Why their Library workers, who make a loss less then teachers. Their teen center workers, who give the kids a place to go. Their park workers who provide safe places for people to hang out, and have little sporting events.
Wouldn't it be a lot better to, say, sack the people who so miss used the money? Oh yes, and half the money for the pension comes from the workers pay, so isn't that a lot like stealing their money? Why is it more moral to steal the money from the workers then say, take it out of the pay of those who created this problem?
This may be the wrong place to put this, but I'd like to hear peeps ideas on the morality of this anyway.
