do we actually need others to validate our feelings or is just knowing we feel them enough as humans

Knowing is enough66% Voted for by Scrap, AlaskaMoleman.
If you think about it, the idea that everyone needs someone else to validate a feeling is circular, because everyone is just getting validated by another flawed person who is incapable of validating their own feelings.
If you are questioning your existence, than you exist.
Talking to people can help you understand your feelings better, partly for their ideas and shared experiences, but mostly because you get to talk them out. If you were to find a private place and talk queitly it'd do something similar. Better yet, write them out. Just asking this question probably eased some of the weight of your worry without even getting an answer yet.

I want to know what others think because sometimes I feel as if I do not exist because I feel unacknowledged
